Whoa! This feels like it was taken from high up–were you just up on a hill (looking towards the upcoming hill)? Interesting view; it looks like the road just drops off, like it goes up to the sky and then ends. Just the effect that hills create, I guess.
That is just looking at English Hill from Sapbush. I think I used the zoom to get the particular view in that picture.
